Divisions and Rules
-5vs5
The 5M Division is played in the NXL Time-based Format.
It is permitted to join forces with other teams.
In the time-based format, two teams of five players each compete against each other in several rounds, but time is limited. Teams receive a point for winning a game or when their coach throws in the towel. This is similar to scoring a goal in soccer. The game is paused after each point. After the break, the teams resume play. The game ends either after the total playing time has elapsed or when one team reaches three points.
Game mode: 5 vs. 5, Time-based, Race to 3 with buzzer system
Playing time: 8:00 minutes
Break time: 2:00 minutes
Timeout: 1:00 minute
Victory: 3 points
Draw: 1 point
Marshalling: EuroReff's
Prizes: Certificates for all teams. Trophies for the top three teams. Other prizes.
Pot limit: M800 (4 pots + hopper)
